Shipping Method & Carrier

Items will be delivered via Click Post (Japan Post).
*Depending on the product size and contents, we may use Yamato Transport or other shipping methods.

Delivery Time

We will ship within 5 business days after the order is confirmed.
*Weekends, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and temporary closures are not counted as business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries and regions.
Products will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) by Japan Post.
Shipping fees (flat rate including packaging materials) are as follows:

Asia: ¥2,500

Europe, Canada, Oceania: ¥4,000

USA: ¥5,000

Any customs duties or import taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

If any of the following apply, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item. We will inspect the item and respond with a return or exchange.

  • The item is clearly defective
  • You received a different item from what you ordered
  • The item was damaged during delivery

If an exchange is not possible due to the item being one-of-a-kind, a refund will be issued.

  • Damage or stains caused by the customer
  • Used items
  • Items purchased from other stores
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery without prior contact
  • Items returned without prior notice
  • Returns due to customer preference (e.g., size, image mismatch)
  • Items not returned in their original packaging

*Product photos may differ in color or texture depending on your monitor settings. We cannot accept returns for these reasons.

Return Process and Timeframe

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the return.
Please allow up to 14 days for the return to be completed.
