Return Policy

Please contact us by phone or email within 2 days of receiving the item and return it within 7 days.
Returns made after 7 days without prior contact may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

For returns due to customer convenience, return and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the return is due to our fault, please contact us first and return the item using cash-on-delivery shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without requesting a return in advance will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Customized products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
